The outcome of the Wisconsin labor protest of 2011 is, that the Scout Walker tried to pass the bill as soon as legally possible and when the senate voted a vote of 53-42 they were able to sign, as they were about to, the union workers protested outside the building and went on strike and would not leave until satisfied and they demanded a recall!
